For most services, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund or no charge.
Cancellations made within less than 7 days prior to service commencement may incur a cancellation fee.
Work in Progress: If services or projects are already underway, partial charges may apply based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
Refunds and Credits: When applicable, refunds or credits on future services will be processed within 30 days after cancellation confirmation.
No-Shows: Failure to notify us of cancellation before the scheduled service date will be treated as a completed service with no refund.
